ConnectRateToBudgetRangeInput

Input for connecting two nodes by creating the relationship between them.

budgetRangeId	String!	The ID of the BudgetRange node.
fromDate	DateTime	When does the relationship start. Default to now
rateId	String!	The ID of the Rate node.
thruDate	DateTime
