Awards and Content

Individuals and organizations may be nominated for (or win) industry awards directly or through content to which they have contributed.

Direct Awards

Awards can be attributed directly to a Party using either a NOMINATED_FOR or WON relationship.

Content

Content represents a piece of work that one or more party where involved with. The CONTRIBUTED_TO relationship is used to connect the party with the work. Note that the role and character properties within the relationship are used to articulate the involvement with that work.

For example, Chris Pratt (the party) would have an "Actor" role for the "Peter Quill" character in the content called "Guardians of the Galaxy".

Content Awards

Like Parties, individual content can win or be nominated for awards.

Content attributes

Content can be further articulated by adding connections to :Genre and :Medium nodes.

A genre is a category of creative work defined by shared stylistic features, themes, or conventions. For example, "Horror" would be a genre of TV or Film content.

A medium is the channel or form through which a work is created and delivered. This could be a feature film, TV series, podcast, book, livestream, etc.
